Built around the place you have. And the people in it.

Your next move

Start with one priority.

Choose your place and what would help most. Get a practical sequence, a way to measure it, and a brief you can use.

What would help most?

Give guests a reason to return.

Already have parts of this?

Mark what works today. We will keep it and focus your brief on the first missing piece.

A starting point for your full-service

Keep the team on the floor. Make it easy to book a table and hear from you again after a good visit.

Start here

A better booking journey

Make your quieter service easy to book. Start with the booking tool you use, a clear cancellation policy, and a useful reminder.

What this involves

Later, if useful: a reason to come back, then a website that does a job. Your brief starts with one job.

Measure what matters

Track completed bookings for the service you want to fill. Compare covers and no-shows on the same weekday before and after the change.

Review or edit your brief

Add your name, location, and existing tools. The builder starts with this exact text. Each selection keeps its own edits during this visit; copy your brief to keep it.

Your brief opens in the builder. Review the setup, connections, and costs before going live.

Before you build

Fair questions.

How pricing works
What does TableMagic actually do?
TableMagic builds your guest-facing website, customer features such as ordering and bookings, and a private workspace to manage your operation. Describe the parts you need, then keep improving the same setup in plain language. The free planner helps you choose where to start.
Do I have to replace my POS?
Start with the register and tools you already use. Include them in your brief so supported connections can be checked before launch. Integration availability depends on your provider and account; we do not assume every POS connects automatically.
Is the planner free?
Yes. Choose your restaurant type and first priority to get a recommended starting point, a way to measure success, and an editable build brief. No account is needed to use the planner. See pricing for how building and operating work.
Will it send messages or change my restaurant automatically?
The planner does not send messages, connect accounts, or publish anything. Your brief asks the builder to prepare public changes and guest messages for approval until you authorize automation. Live operation requires the relevant accounts, permissions, and setup.
Can I start with just one problem?
Absolutely. Pick your first priority, such as direct orders or quieter shifts, and begin with the jobs that support it. You can edit the brief to narrow the scope, then add more as you learn what works for your restaurant.
