Your plan

Credits measure usage while you build and improve your setup. Check the allowance and features for your first job, then review actual use.

Connected services

Allow for payment processing, domains, calls or SMS, and any tools you keep. Which charges apply depends on the setup you choose.

The result

Compare the total monthly cost with time saved or additional margin. A quieter-shift campaign and a new ordering flow need different measures.

What can I do for free?
Use the TableMagic planner, edit and copy your brief, search the library, compare tools, and run the calculators. No account is needed for these tools. You can also start building with free starter credits; the builder shows your allowance.
What can I build with a paid plan?
A website for guests, customer features such as ordering or booking, and a private workspace for your team. Payments and email can be set up as needed. Choose a plan for its credits and features; build only the parts your restaurant needs.
What happens when my credits run out?
Building pauses by default. Extra credit charges require you to enable overage in your account. If you choose that option, additional credits use your plan’s per-credit rate. This limit applies to building credits, not separate provider bills.
Can I change things after launch?
Yes. Describe the change in the builder, such as updating opening hours, changing the menu, or adding a booking reminder. Continue improving the same setup as your restaurant changes.
Do I need to replace my existing tools?
Begin with the tools that already work. Include your POS, booking system, and other subscriptions in the brief so compatibility and costs can be checked before you commit to a connection or replacement.
What belongs to my restaurant?
You retain ownership of your website’s source code and customer data, with export available. Keep control of your domain and review any connected provider’s terms before moving services.
